Reading progress update: I've read 100 out of 224 pages.

I was so happy to see evolution emoji! :)
Interesting Information I have learned today:
300 million years ago some insects were much larger than they are today. From fossils, it has been confirmed that some mayflies had wingspan of over 45cm (17in). The largest known insect was a griffenfly with a wingspan of 66-70cm (26-28in).
Approximately 10% of the flying insect lineage have lost their ability to fly. Fleas and bedbugs, along with others, have been proven to have evolved from flying insects.
My question yet to be answered:
If a flying animal/insect evolves into a non flying animal/insect, can it evolve back into a flying animal/insect?
If this book answers this question, I will let you all know.
